After calling ahead to confirm that my insurance was accepted at their business I went to my appointment, sat down and was told they did not take my insurance. This is extremely frustrating given that they pestered me to complete forms for a solid week without double checking that my insurance was actually accepted there. I felt humiliated.

After having an unpleasant experience with my dentist, I was on the hunt for a new provider. Having researching for a dentists in my area, I found Dr Mohamed Seleem, DDS, Art of Smiles near my home. He has a solid 5 star rating which what I was looking for. Let me say that when it comes to going to the dentist, I'm a big chicken! Dr Seleem lives up to his ratings. He's extremely gentle throughout the procedure. I'm telling you, you won't feel a thing. He explains what he's doing and why. He's fantastic. The office is run by professional staff who are friendly and welcoming. Michelle, Donna and Jamie go out of their way to reassure that you have pleasant experience. I highly recommend Art of Smiles to anyone looking for a dental professional in Pasadena. Dr Mohamed Seleem is the best.
