I had an emergency on a Friday and the office was kind enough to squeeze me in their very crowded schedule to take a look at the large sore in my mouth. Dr. Yung took a look did an x-ray and diagnosed my problem. He prescribed a medicated mouthwash that took care of my problem. They also did follow up to see how I was doing and if the medication was working, I appreciate the quick response to my problem, the assessment and follow up that Dr. Yung and the staff have done.

There are three important things you should know about this establishment:
1 - the quality of work is substandard. We had to return multiple times for dental work that fell off/out. Often we were handed off to an assistant.
2 - the office staff are disorganized and unprofessional. After multiple issues w/ incorrect schedulings and other general office issues just this week the office double charged me over $2k and it took several days to have the money returned.
3 - Their new cancellation policy. If you cancel or miss you appt you are responsible for 1/2 the cost of the visit. It's not a $50 cxl fee it could be thousands of dollars. As a first responder I could not risk that work wouldn't call me in unplanned causing a last minute cancellation that would cost me $$$$$.
I'd look elsewhere for quality and caring dental work and service.

Terrible place! I actually tried going there after seeing some good reviews. But DDS Yunng was one of the strangest persons I have ever encountered. He scraped my upper front tooth, which was already damaged in the past, with a sharp explorer several times. It was so strange at that time and I found the tooth suface sandy but they denied it. Besides, he (or hygienist) inserted an explorer deeply between my upper front teeth and created a big hole that wasn't there before! Do not go there; there is a reason it's a small business. The dental office was so small, with only a few staff members. They also compelled useless X-ray I don't like. Finally, the good reviews are unreliable because they send compelling emails to encourage people to vote for them as the best dentist in Pasadena.
