I bought many, many new cars from many dealers. Since 2012 my daily driver have been Tesla. I bought 4 of those in the past 12 year. I thought direct sale was fabulous, until I had to do with service. Impossible to talk with a person, weeks to get an appointment and so on
Last week I decided to trade my very new Model Y for a Lyriq. For now I am extremely happy with my choice. The Lyrig is not as quick as the Model Y, but it is much more comfortable, the stated range is real, not like Tesla, and the finish is incomparable better. Pasadena Caddilac treat me with utmost respect and made the transaction very pleasant. Thank you Armand

Very disappointing service I inquired about a car asked for payments to see if it would fit my budget all I got after exchanging several emails with Albert that they will not give me numbers over email the only way for me to get how much the car will be is either for them to run my credit first the I have to come spend hours at the dealership when I reached out to two other dealerships, they were able to send me the numbers and how much the payment is from the first email. Very disappointing
