I am not giving any stars because the tech that showed up 1 1/2 hours late for the first appointment showed up 45 minutes early for the second and gave my wife a very rude attitude!! Told my wife it was fixed but it makes a noise, if it gets worse just call and make another appointment Really not helpful at all!!
NEGATIVE 5 STARS FOR THIS TECH!!!

Attention Sears: The service is terrible! The technicians have repeatedly said they will not move the tandem washer and dryer, until we hire someone to pull out ourselves and remove the dryer ourselves. They state that this is the policy. If so, how do your technicians do their jobs if they cannot move any appliances? Please train all technicians to be able to move appliances in order to do their job! Change the silly Company Policy. Please have management call me to address the failed policy and service.
