      image Stopped by today 07/06/19 at 12:30pm. I was the only customer, and the woman there was more into interested on being on her phone than to help me open a new family plan. Bad service and will take my business elsewhere

      image Maria at MetroPCS took the time to help my mother and I port her number over from a different carrier.We didn't have all of the info needed but Maria patiently dealt with customer service from my moms previous carrier and Metro's customer service.
