You got to watch this guy we did some work for this guy he ended up making an excuse that he had to hire somebody else to finish the work that was already done had the homeowner in on it to give him a deal soul for Thanksgiving we did not get our final pay very bad guy to do business with this was years back one of the shadiest bosses I've ever done work with he lures you in to finish the work once you are done he comes up with that excuse so he doesn't have to pay you the final again no matter if you had a good experience just watch out for this guy if you are working for him he knows how to play his cards

I can't put into words how crooked and untruthful this company is. Their work is good and clean. The owner who negotiated with me signed for one price and then tried to charge over $3000 dollars more because of their debacle of measuring one of sliders wrong. It took over five months to get a corrected window. I was told several stories and flat right out lies by the owner. Will not touch up all the scratches they did off loading it. Sent me touch up paint and told me to do it myself. Five months of living with lizards, bugs not to mention the dirt and dust because they put the old window back in and didn't seal it properly. My air conditioning bill tripled for five months no empathy from them. Not a good experience at all.

The owner, Ron, has a screw loose. He is rude and condescending. I called several times during normal business hours and repeatedly got voicemail. So I left a voicemail stating that I needed to place a moulding order asap, because one of their suppliers had just got some product in that was on backorder and it was going to go fast. When I realized that Ron wasn't going to call me back anytime soon I placed the order with one of his competitors. (who by the way not only had REAL receptionist but was able to take my order in less than 10 min). But, I was nice enough to send a follow up email to Ron telling him to disregard my request and that I had placed the order with another company because I hadn't heard back from him. Several hours later I received a rude email back from him telling me that he didn't have time for "small orders" and that I was "wasting his time." I replied back and apologized, trying to remain professional. Then he emailed me back to me again and wrote "Wierd !" Well Ron, what is weird is not managing your calls in a businesslike manner. What's weird is responding rudely to people who are trying to be polite to you. And what's even more weird is doing it twice. I would have let it slide the first time, but now you get the privilege of having ANOTHER negative Yelp review on your already dismal page. Hope that's not too "Weird" for you!

Called for estimate on drop shades for patio cover. Ron was very talkative. He was worried about installing onto alumawood. Said it didn't have the structure to hold the drop shades. He said I would have to hire a contractor to install mount support structure for their product. I said that I understand and and if you don't feel comfortable and can't stand behind your work you shouldn't do it. But I'm not paying another contractor to come out and install mount. That should be all done by installer. If you are incapable of doing that, ok I'll find some one else. He got offended said that I was being insulting. I'm sorry that he felt that way. He said it himself. He doesn't know how to install on alumawood. Said not enough strength. He continued to ramble on about going to court and not wanting to deal that. And hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Gave two stars because at least he knows his limitations. And didn't try to do a job he was unable to do. But rambling and hanging up mid conversation. Bad business.
