In our new Palm Desert Home needed numerous professionals to make everything working the way we need it. All were good experiences except for this one. Called for low water pressure in the master shower. 2 guys came out 1 training. It was the shower filter that needed to be replaced in the on off handle normally an hour job. After replacing the filter the shower was still slightly dripping. They called the boss who had them come back the following morning to replace the valve which would cost 675.00. The following morning it wasn't dripping anymore. Problem solved! When the 2 returned i showed them all fixed. They called there boss from the car came back telling me the price will be 500. What! Yes 500 because the workers came back to do the additional work which wasn't needed anymore. I spoke on the phone to the owner who was rude saying I personally waisted they're time. What!?!!?...I see these good reviews...I don't get it. My experience was not good. I called three other plumers after they left to find out it should of costed around 150.00....
