This was a horrible experience. They said a taxi would be to me in 30 minutes. After over an hour and 15 minutes I called to see where the taxi was and they say they don't have available driver yet. I then proceeded to wait another half hour and no taxi. I tried to call and cancel and couldn't get through for another half an hour. I called another company and they were there in 15 minutes. By the way, customer service is absolutely horrible and talks to you like you are unconvienincing them. Trust me!!!! Choose a different company or wait hours for this company to give you a ride. Worse service I have ever received and not even one star. It is zero stars but wouldn't let me give that. I suggest this company get it together. Me and my family spent hundreds of dollars on the same cab company who came immediately when we needed a ride. We will be telling this story to everyone in Palm Springs, Cathedral city, Rancho Mirage, and all of riverside county
