If I can give a negative 10 stars I would. Probably the most unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest company I have EVER dealt with. They take pride in knowing they make their tenants miserable. They dont answer their calls and will not call you back even when leaving them a message. Beware of their lies, unprofessional business practices, greed and dishonesty. Take your business elsewhere!!!

Just absolutely railroaded us on our security deposit. Had a pre inspection that obviously did not matter at all. Said our house smelled like cigarettes and not 1 cig was ever smoked in the house in 5 years. Charged us 800 for that. Had house professionally cleaned still charged us a cleaning fee. Said the walls were fine and then charged us 500 for something that would have taken 20 min to patch. Charged us 100 for 3 cig butts in front of the house. Charged us for remotes we returned. Whole thing is a absolute joke. Do not recommend. They plan on keeping your money no matter what.
