This was the worst Marriott I have ever experienced.Front desk service was unprofessional. The person left the desk area to chit chat with her friend in the rental room. The pool was shut down for 48 hours. The service was super slow at the restaurant. I ordered food and never received it. There are not enough elevators and they move super slow. We had a late check out for 1 PM and they locked us out of the room at 11. Never will I stay here again.

Not happy with the service here the elevator is wonky and the stairs are in such an inconvient location. Not to mention the front desk doesn't have a clue of what's going on when it comes to any of the residents and thier stay. When you ask for towels or fresh linen you might as well chase down the housekeeper yourself. The equipment in the rooms malfunction so watch when you put your things into the locks or any other devices they don't know how to fix them.
Will not be staying here again unfortunately

Me and my girls booked a room with the best view in this hotel. Once we got there, they told us we are going to a temporary room until our actual room (with the nice view) gets cleaned and disinfected. 2 hours later, and we are still waiting for our room, so I call the supervisor to ask about our room and they tell us that it isn’t available and that there are residents in there that reserved it the same time we came, how ironic? Like, they can’t make up a good reason for keeping us waiting almost 3 hours to not even get our good room. The staff and supervisor lied so much and it took them 30 min to get our towels. So slow and poor and shady. Don’t come here unless you want a last min shitshow. Expensive for no reason

Until the hotel updates these photos then they are falsely advertising their accommodations. All rooftop/pool photos do not have that view now that buildings have been built between the hotel and the water. Do not be misled by the view. Also, the room came with a set of earplugs because the train track runs about 20-30 feet away from the building.

I'm a Marriott member for over 10 years and I typically never have issues nor do I ever write reviews. However this stay which was only 1 night was far from typical experience. First off location for this hotel is not the best with all the construction and ways. Secondly, I went for a wedding, and had to drive around 8 times in construction because valet was backed up, I had look for the valet because by then I only had an hour to get ready. Valet had to come get me in the middle of street in traffic so I can check in. We didn't spend much time in the room. Seemed nice. Checking out was fine but billing was a nightmare. They initially put a hold once the hold cleared the correct amount was charged. But then I got another hold for double the room amount and when I called to get is cleared up, the manager was supposed call me and I never heard from them. So I called back and the said they had more important items to deal with the CEO coming to visit and they would call back when they could. I asked to speak to another manager her name was Stormy and was helpful and cleared most of the issue up, however I got another charger for 70 and then person who stayed with me was charged as well. As I know billing isn't always the hotels fault the manner this was handled was very poor. We still have billing issues. Not sure how 1 nights stay, with nothing added could be this much of an ordeal. Will never be staying here again!
