Absolutely love this practice. I have never waited more than 3 minutes here. They answer the phone every time, right away. There are always appointments available when I need them. All the staff is caring and compassionate. The doctor is wonderful, thorough, and never makes me feel dumb for asking hundreds of questions. Shes very breastfeeding/uncirc friendly too which is great. My older kids go to Rady Oceanside and while theyre very nice, I much prefer this practice because of the ease of appointment scheduling and calm office environment. Only downside is no MyChart, but I think they are working on getting that.

My kids have been coming here since 2018. We absolutely love the staff & Dr.Lee! Every visit we are welcomed with great energy! My kids practically think they're family at this point. Long story short if you want great care this is the place for your kids! We moved to San Diego and I refuse to switch Doctors. I'll rather take the drive.

I was so taken aback by this doctor's behavior towards my baby and myself that it took me a very long time to process my feelings about it. Let me start by saying, I am not "sensitive" to racial bigotry. I am biracial (black and white) and my son (an infant at the time) presents as white but with my facial features, blue eyes and light brown wavy hair. My husband's a ginger. More context, Oftentimes black people are referred to as apes or monkeys in a derogatory fashion. The behavior I'm referring to is really as insidious as it is surreptitious.. I tried to ignore that at first, but this woman was covering her teeth (as an ape would indicate non-aggression), making ape noises and interacting with him as if he were an ape. What's worse is the eye infection I was there to have her treat was entirely dismissed. Each concern I brought up she found even more amusing than the last. Let me tell you, It was terrifying to be a first time mom and have this 'professional' essentially mock you at the end of a visit. I had to go back to my original pediatrician in Ventura Calif. because I was so shaken by what I had been through. My original pediatrician prescribed an ointment for his eye that cleared it up within 2-3 days. He said it was a pretty simple diagnosis and that first year med students should have caught that. Choosing Dr Lee was my first time using a PPO and choosing my own doctor too. Growing up, I had always had Kaiser Permanente. Now, I hope that my experience was a fluke or maybe she was just high on dope that day. All these other review make this woman out to be a saint.
