I reserved a truck online and when I arrived the manager seemed a little off. I proceeded to give my confirmation number when he immediately denied giving me the truck with no explanation. When I asked to speak with a manager he claimed to be the manager and he had no information to provide me to make a complaint. I hired movers etc and was paying hourly so not having the truck on time cost me big time. Today is 09/02/2023 and my rental was for 10am. Im now waiting for budget to call me back. Unfortunately the movers are being paid without even starting the move. This is terrible. Do NOT DEAL WITH THIS RACIST COMPANY!!!! Shadi was very rude and dismissive to me and my husband. Save yourself and go to a professional company that will treat you with respect.
