Tried to report that someone dropped a pallet on freeway 24 near Orinda. However, the phone number from website said " The phone number has been disconnected".

Number doesn't even work. Wth highway . you tow a car it's like kidnapping can't even find a real number . pretty sure its a donut party in there with all the missed calls they have

I went to report a hit and run that almost kill me. The officer on duty was lazy and arrogant. They just gave me a form to filled out and don't want to answer any questions. They was not helpful. I ask him to explain the process and they just stay on they phone and talk to their friends. I will never report a crime there again. They should be fire for wasting tax payer money.
