From the moment we stepped into Chapel of the Chimes, amidst the heartache of losing our beloved Aunt Gloria Calhoun, Cynthia was a beacon of support and empathy. Planning a farewell for a loved one is never easy, especially when their departure is unforeseen and leaves a void that seems impossible to fill. Yet, Cynthia, with her exceptional professionalism and genuine kindness, guided us through every step with grace and understanding.

About 8 yrs. or so ago, a wonderful woman by the name of Sohie Anneta took me under her wing to help me and my needs/wishes to be cremated. That was almost ten yrs. ago! And These people are still wonderful! A man by the name of Mark Fratti helped me with some business. I highly recommend Chapel of the Chimes. They are so caring, helpful and professional!

Chapel of The Chimes Oakland took extremely GREAT care of my beloved deceased sister. Ed, was exceptionally great with his communication, flexible with his time, and very attentive to the needs of my mother and family. The day of the visitation and the day of the funeral service, the staff was VERY attentive to myself and my family! There were no questions or challenges about any decisions that I made. If I wanted something a certain way they made sure to accommodate me and my family as best to their ability as they possibly could. I would recommend Chapel of The Chimes 1,000 times over and over! THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING SUCH AN AMAZING AND COMFORTING GROUP OF PEOPLE!

My family plot is infested with mealy bugs. Has been for years!
Overall maintenance is terrible. Please hire more persons so the cemetery can look as nice as Colma does.
