Dont work with them. These guys ripped me off I took the car in for suspension replacement. He (Miguel) said a lot of things were wrong with the car that werent. Since he was a friend of a friend, we trusted him. We spent over $1000 on parts and labor. However, the fix only lasted for a week until the problem came back. When we took it to him, he said that it was our fault. After taking the car to two other shops in Oakland, they informed us that the parts were fake. We went back to him but he denied everything and we had to spend even more money fixing it at a different shop.
In addition, I had to come back on three different occasions to have the car fixed. The first time, he said it would only take two hours. I went to sit at a coffee shop in the meantime. However, when I got back, the car wasnt even started on and the mechanics were sitting around on their phones. He said we needed to come back on a different day. Next time, same thing he said that they were too busy to accommodate me even though I made an appointment ahead of time. Finally, the third time, he "fixed" it, but I had to wait there the whole time to make sure he was actually working on the car.
Do NOT go to this shop. They are untrustworthy and will scam you.

0 stars. Faysal Zorba(Frank) is best described by the word thief, only that comes off a bit too nice. I was good friends with frank for the first 6 months of knowing him, until I started paying attention. The first incident that raised some suspicion was when I watched him charge a customer $1000 for not using the right key in her ignition...(a lack of intelligence sure) but a problem it took him 10 minutes to solve he told his receptionist not to call for 3 hours to not come off suspect, when she came in several hours later she asked what was wrong with it, this is the part where he intentionally uses the language barrier and mumbles off several sentences half in English half Arabic until she says "okay thank you" all from across the shop mind you as he's too smart to go talk up close. Instead he pretended to be doing something on a car he hadn't touched all day. I saw this because I was waiting there to pick up a vehicle if mine. This got me thinking, so I took a look at some receipts I have from him, 4 in particular for the same vehicle my Mercedes' sprinter(diesel van) all 4 included oil changes, each one had different amounts of oil, cost per quart, and labor hours. All for the same vehicle.,. a few hundred bucks here or there.. big deal? Right? I dug deeper into my receipts and noticed every single one of them had seemingly "random" amounts of labor, parts, and misc charges. Totaling thousands... so instead of coming straight here or taking him to the BAR I confronted him about it. Meanwhile, he has one of my vehicles in his possession(truck, on his lift for several months waiting on parts). Not only does he deny any sort of hap hazard accounting he threatens me with the vehicle still there. So I take a step back do what he says, and ask for the bill on the vehicle he's working on. He doesn't give it to me... Weeks go by, I move out of state, and my truck is still at his shop, finished at this point. Check my call logs I called him everyday during these few weeks looking to get the bill for the truck. Finally, he answers the phone and says look "I already did a lien sale on this truck, you have until Monday to bring me $11,000 in cash or you'll never see it again" I proceeded to ask him if I would be receiving a receipt and he responded with "no" and hung up. 3 more times I called from 2 different numbers and didn't hear back. So in a panic I sent a relative that still lived nearby with $11,000 CASH mind you, I was not allowed to pay by card.... No receipt and I got a truck back that needs a transmission. (One of the things he supposedly replaced with a brand new one)  This is absolutely atrocious behavior from a person no better described as scum. The mechanic industry is incredibly hit or miss. This guy is definitely a MISS! FIND ANYONE ELSE! Do not let him touch your cars.I don't want to go into the theft of property on his watch that he didn't care about including catalytic converters or the forklift I let him borrow that he never gave back. Those deals are on me. It is the mechanic work that he Does or does not perform that you need to steer 100% clear of. Do not make the same mistakes I have.
