Im a customer for Bank of America more than 10 years but never had a bad experience how was at this location in Northridge branch. Very rude and nonprofessional staff.

No teller available. Felt unwelcome. Worst customer service experience in a bank that I've had in my life.

Stay away from this branch!! Worst customer service I've experienced with them in the 20 years I've been an account holder. I go there on Saturday, and I can't make a deposit with a teller because there are no tellers available. They all called out sick. so I had to drive to a whole other branch and wait in line for an hour to make a deposit. I go there today Monday and they close at 4:00 but I'm in front of the door at 3:58. They already lock the door. And that stupid employee would not open the door. God knows she locked her drawer 30 minutes before closing. I'm so sick of their BS customer service. It's causing so much stress to be dealing with this type of service as a PLATINUM costumer.
