image This place is still curb side assistance. Really!!! All other vet business arent anymore. No need to be. Unless they plan on making you wait a extremely long time and over charge you. Theres no need to keep us apart from our pets anymore. Read the room, Blue Cross Pet hops.

image Honestly this clinic is EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS FOR THE WAIT IN CAR!! Especially here in The Valley! Its hot! And our pets and us dont got time to wait! Especially right now Gas to expensive to just have car running with AC . I feel its common sense if we are okay paying the bill we should be getting The GREATEST AND FAST SERVICE! Anything other then the wait in the car to process just a checking in .. their find I guess, havent been inside with my pet and the vet to seee how vet really treats my pet.

image New pet visit- they cared for our senior cat Lexi very quickly, very friendly & seemed caring. She ended up needing surgery for a mass that grew on her back side.
Since you can only drop off because of Covid the front desk was so nice & informative. Dr Howe was understanding & caring knowing that I couldn't come inside with my cat, which is 17yo she kept me informed every few hours.
Update:
Lexi still sees Dr Howe & she's as nice and thorough 2 yrs later as she was when we met. I appreciate her kindness.
Prices: Blue hills is very expensive, remember to ask the receptionist if each test is 100% needed . Sometimes the Dr will write up everything they believe the animal should be getting without the thought of cost.
Once she calls to give you the invoice just go over each test. I opted out of the urine test because they have to use the ultrasound which hikes it up $200+, my cat wasn't having any issues in that area and had been tested just 4 months prior. I was able to bring down my bill.

image I've been coming here for my dog for three years because of their proximity to my home, but the care they provide is bad enough to force me elsewhere. They appear to be massively over-subscribed for the amount of work they put in, and I've found it almost impossible to talk to an actual vet about my dog's care. Wait times on the phone and "in person" (i.e. in their parking lot) are extreme. And for all this, their price structures can be absurd (~$500 for routine blood work needed to renew a prescription, and a huge markup over online pharmacies when actually filling subscriptions). They've also botched the writing of prescriptions, requiring extended back-and-forths between a pharmacy and their badly understaffed clinic. It's hard to imagine that one couldn't do much better.
