Super rude customer service! First of all, no one ever picks up the phone, during their regular listed business hours. When I finally got on a call with Jeeza, I asked about the pricing and the options. Nothing was mentioned about a delivery fee, but fine. Then about a week and a half later I tried to get in touch again to finalize my order and again NO reply via email or to my voicemails. Finally Jeeza calls me back and says that she's about to leave for the day, so I have to place my order ASAP if I don't want to wait another 4 days. As I'm giving her my CC info, I notice the shipping charge, and ask her if its too late to cancel since I need to re-evaluate. She gets super rude and calls me a fraud and says that we will not be doing business again. I'm NOT TRYING TO STEAL you chairs and tables dude and don't appreciate being called a fraud when I'm being rushed and the wrong information is being shared. Needless to say, I had to take my business elsewhere.

Responds in a timely manner, but very poor communicators. Had to ask 3, 4, sometimes 5 times to get a single answer. I would recommend a few other companies over JC.
