I arrive at the hotel with my small dog (who is a service dog) and they refused to let me check-in. At this point, it was late and just getting dark out. They said service dogs are not allowed (which is technically against the law for them to say no). New hotel or not, no ones cares, that doesnt make the service any better. Pretty sad that they have this strict policy and refuse to let a Support Animal approved dog on their premises. Not a very good hotel and definitely NOT very accommodating! Every other hotel was sold out in the area, so this left me and my dog out in the street at sundown, working a miracle to find another place. Thank God for miracles. It was a blessing in disguise to leave the hotel. So thanks Best Western Premier North Hollywood.

This is now low income housing and I love my new apartment. They converted the hotel rooms into living quarters with kitchenettes. Love it...

Nice room
