The WORST customer service.! Management is just a female dog is you know what I mean. They have 7 visitor parking spots for the entire place. They want to charge $100 PER MONTH for an extra parking spot. Did I mention the manager that answers the phone is terrible! Talks to you like you're below her, like you're wasting your wasting her time. Like, what do you want??? Its absolutely horrible. She clearly hates her job. The "managers" don't have a waiting list supposedly. They tell you to check in every month too see if something is available and they always tell you no. Yes if you talk to anyone that lives here, they were able to get in because they had a friend that lived in here. So you have to know someone to get in and its very unfair. Of and almost everyone has a nice new car yet its low income housing.. ha! Go figure...Oh and if you find yourself on the bad side of the b**** I mean the manager, she will make sure to have your car towed for any reason she can find. So good luck with that. This place is just a joke. its too bad because it is a decent place as long as you don't laugh or sneeze at the wrong time or something. The kids cant ride their bike inside the complex. God forbid you light a cigarette on the property one of the snitches are guaranteed to see you and run and tell....really...honestly....its not worth the price. period!
