      image This UPS Store has to be one of the worst. There is a sign that says store is closed early at 2PM PST when the store is supposed to be closed at 4PM PST on Saturday. The owner looks to decide not to take on anymore Amazon QR Code returns. Wish new management would come in. Horrible customer service and always the same person working.

      image Customer service has never been this person's forte. Was pleasantly surprised when I was walked in this morning to see him signing paperwork to sell the business. Hopefully the new owners have the ability to be friendly and helpful. Or at least able to hire people who are.
