There was constantly packages stolen and I paid a full month's rent for deposit but I never even received any information about getting it back. Contacted the property numerous times even went there in person and gave them my new address and they said I'd get a package with all the information and the deposit back in the mail but never did. There was police called about people fighting there after hours numerous times as well and people sneaking into the parking garage and going through unlocked cars as well. I HATED this place and I would give it 0 stars if I could.

My recommendation, look elsewhere.We lived at 12th street for a year. We had a 2bd/1ba unit on the lower level with a large patio for San Diego apartments. The units only have spot lights; no ceiling lights in any of the rooms. The units have only floor to ceiling glass; no windows. All you have for airflow is a back sliding patio door, a door in the master bedroom, and the front door. The kitchen has no counter/prep space and the fridge does not have water connections which means no ice maker. Additionally, the fridge is very small. The property has hard water and very bad plumbing. Within the year living there we had backed up toilets, sinks and even the dishwasher. There is always a "farting" noise within the plumbing. It sounds as if there is too much pressure. The toilets bubbled water frequently; again, showing there was an issue with the plumbing. We had black mold, which they said we just needed to run our AC at all times to prevent. We had multiple infestations and were told we need to take care of it ourselves. We are extremely clean people, and cleaned every week. So to have mold and an infestation was unacceptable. Additionally, the new property manager appears racist. She will not allow anyone in her office, mask or not, and tells the tenants to call her. However, she allows Hispanic people in her office. When we turned our keys in, she was dismissive and rude. She took our keys and walked away. I would never recommend this location to anyone I know.

For the price I would think these apartments would be in a better condition. Door to get in from the garage is broken. Haven't been fixed.Random people go pick from the trash bins.A lot of noise, fighting happens at night.People smoke weed and cigs and my whole apartment stinks up. The manager herself is rude about my pet. Really disappointed about management.
