This whole office was a pleasant experience for me. Front staff are wonderful and helped me in gettinf me my appointments ready. Back staff aswell excellent work. Especially the assistant Ramiro he knows what he is doing.

The National City office was clean and efficient, and well staffed. They clearly broke down the costs and options. I had called for an appointment Friday and they were able to get me in 3 days later, which was great as I was having massive pain that was going to require an extraction. Western Dental has not always had the best reputation, but I have to acknowledge this office was professional, well run and I was happy with how easy it was. They gave an option to fill out paperwork online to save time, so I recommend doing that. Only took a couple hours, which was great considering I had not been to any dentist in 5 years, so they had to get approval by my insurance first. Extraction itself took about 8 minutes with no bone graft, and was efficient and thorough. Friendly doctor and staff. Everything was clearly explained. Absolutely recommended.
