I've been a member for about a year and I like this place a lot. It's a low priced gym- as the name suggests- but you get what you pay for and a bit more. I workout 1-2 times a week and the staff remembers me when I come in. The owner, Angelo actually remembers my name. That's pretty impressive service. I've seen ads for places that are cheaper but I'm sold on AF and will stay because the staff is great. It's comfortable and has everything you need to get the job done. I was surprised by Ken's comment that he was disappointed. I'm not sure what expected to get at a discount gym. You don't get a Lexus for KIA prices. If you don't need all the bells and whistles and don't want to be hard-sold personal training than this is your place! On top of that, you can upgrade your membership to include tanning-for just a little more each month.
