I would give 0 stars if it would let me. These guys were assigned to complete a appraisal on our home by our bank. There appraisal came in $100k lower than what we thought the house was worth (from an appraisal 2 years before). After complaining to the bank ( who would do nothing about it) we decided to go with Chase Bank. Chase ordered an appraisal and the house appraised at the correct price $100k more. These people have no idea - if you want your house apprised correctly please do not use these out of touch people

This appraiser is a disaster. I would rate negative if the system is allowed. She accepted an appraiser order for one of my client for purchasing a condo. She did the inspection and delayed submitting the report. The reason she claimed is she has concerns about a litigation against the builder (the project has already completed years ago and builder has nothing to do with the HOA at all) and there "might be" some impact on the common area maintenance. This appraiser has no clue what her job is.
Becasue it is a purchase loan, the lender urged her to put whatever her nonsense concens in the report and just submit the report. After delaying for 10 days, she said she decided NOT to take the orde! We had to restart the whole process of finding an appraiser.
This appraiser is very unprefessional both in terms of expertise and ethics. She is unfit to be an appraiser to serve client.
