I cannot say enough about San Leandro Painting & Roofing and all their employees. Super, dependable family-owned company. Does top notch work and great to work with. Very professional, and there to take care of your family's biggest investment. I Highly recommend this company. They have been a pleasure to work with. They are thorough, detailed, and customer oriented. They did such a great job and were quick and efficient. Also, our backyard is cleaner now than it was before they came! We would recommend to anyone looking to have their Pest Inspection/ Dry Rot repaired. All of this and they came in with the lowest bid. A win win situation if I ever seen one. Thanks a lot Harry and crew. The job required the repairs to be primered only. But I came home to the find the job painted and blended to match the rest of the paint and they even painted some of the trim that wasn't in the scope of work. Looking good!!!!

I cannot say enough how great San Leandro Painting & Roofing is to work with. The owner Harry took the time to walk us through the entire process letting us know all the things that needed to be done and that will be required to do the job. He made sure to keep us up to date with how things were going and showing us the progress every single day to make sure we were happy. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. He made sure all areas were cleaned up to perfection every day before he left. He started on time, worked everyday until completion, finished on time and was very polite. He gave us the lowest quote out of the 4 other roofing companies we contacted. We received great value for our money and are very secure in the knowledge that it was done correctly.  We now have the nicest looking roof on the block and have gotten tons of compliments on it.  I feel confident in giving San Leandro Painting & Roofing the highest recomendation that I can give and I will recommend them to anybody looking for someone to do roof work.
