They are poor at responding to emails and phone messages. Their line is always busy. I have been trying to get a hold of someone in customer service regarding the specifics of a return. They keep blaming Covid19. I get that, but why can't they respond? If their internet provider is the scapegoat, then maybe should switch. I bought two pairs of shoes from these guys. One I did not like because it was wrong color. Seriously.

Sam's Tailoring, also Tiffany Couture, do not use them for purchasing online dresses, very poor service and not willing to fix any problem you may have, Dress was not as pictured, Mac Duggal 3625T, not a low back or v , peter pan hem, underarms not v shaped and sizing big, would not listen could not get owner and got hung up on by a michelle who said she was owner but I doubt it. Did not ask for money back just small size so I didn't have to alter as much or switch to another dress
