The flowers I sent for a friend in April 2023 were beautiful.
Unfortunately I was charged in April 2023 and just received the same charge again this month June 2023.
I phoned and Cindy answered and she apologized for the mistake.
She said she would immediately credit my account. It still hasn't happened. I have phoned, texted and emailed. No response, no credit.
I left messages asking her to call me. Crickets.
I never leave negative reviews but I have no other recourse except to contact my bank and dispute the mistaken charge.
Cindy if you read this and notify me that the credit has been applied I will update with a positive review.

They have a wide selection of fascinating gifts and different kinds of flowers to choose from, catering to everyone's tastes, which is very impressive. Their flower selection is exceptional and covers all occasions. Their gift cards and beautiful flowers are the best in the area. I highly recommend them.

I had forgotten to buy a Father's Day gift for my dad, but I was able to place an order with Cindy's Fresh Flowers for a bouquet and gift basket. Cindy's delivered a beautiful bouquet and gift basket within three hours, which was amazing considering it was a last-minute order.
