I appreciate Exer for their hours of operation. I was unaware that majority of urgent cares close early in the day. Someone like me who gets off of work late needing care it was good to know Exer can provide that service. Although, they stayed open past their hours of operation they remained patient and showed positive and helpful spirits. All the staff there were great. Dr. Kaminsky was beyond thorough and I'm appreciative.

Yeah, this Urgent Care is not it. If you can, P-L-E-A-S-E go somewhere elsewhere. Huge waste of time & very frustrating experience with staff. I'm sooooo thankful there's other medical facilities in the area. They straight out "denied" a test, that their website states they offer after we patiently waited. Goodness, I sincerely hope that what I encountered is not the norm. If so, I feel really bad for their vulnerable patients. And, I didn't ever hear the denial from a medical professional, just from the front end in take clerk who couldn't even clarify why the denial- just promptly refunded the money already paid for the test. I dont believe the front end even understood what was going on. Anyway, I felt very uncomfortable with my experience with them & feel for anyone who ever was treated the same.

I actually found out today that I have both an inner and outer ear infection, which I was not notified at the exercise urgent care. I have new antibiotics and drops for my ear. I also I was in a ton of pain and was not given anything for the amount of pain even after I told the doctor that Advil did not help, and she proceeded to tell me just to take over-the-counter pain medicine, which did not help, even though I was crying when I walked into the office. I thought I would relay this information over because today I was in so much pain that I had to see another doctor who told me that I was misdiagnosed. Once again, thank you so much for hearing me out. I just thought I should let you guys know! I would like to add another star to the the lady at the front desk (totally forgetting her name) she was so kind, genuine, and helpful, and even texted me live updates! All the staff and my doctor were so kind and so respectful. Besides the staff I am very disappointed and dissatisfied at the treatment I was giving, the doctor saw me for about 5 minutes max and I left with the feeling of uncertainty about my experience and I was completely right.
