Horrible hours. Losing payments. Doesn't accept credit or debit cards. No website to make payments. The office says you can link the bill to your bank account however the staff has no clue how to do it. Staff doesn't answer the phone.

Horrible service. Water tender does not tell the truth, will not answer the phone, argues with us about that she turned it on, will not come to check on water, and has even turned off the water with NO explanation. This has happened more than once this year and even last year, also. And has never come to introduce herself. We have no idea who she is.
