very bad service. I needed to notarize a document and send it for an apostille. Two weeks later, the documents were returned without an apostille, since the check was not placed in the envelope. They took money from me, but did not transfer it to the apostille

Bad and unfriendly experience every time. This was my 3rd visit in 4 years. Service is consistently bad and unfortunately, the owners are the one not happy to have customers. Never coming back here. Branch on Santa Cruz ave is always happy and welcoming.

Dana is a five star employee! Always has a smile on her face. She is very knowledgeable, pitient, friendly, and courteous with custumers. Brightens up your day. 5 stars

Ive been a customer of this UPS store for four years. Ive found the service to be friendly and thorough.
Dana, Terry, and Alexis deliver far more than the minimum service level. Its rare to find this these days, so a big shout out to the crew there. Great job!

Just had to give this ups a review. I was in there when it was pretty busy( line out the door) but I saw Dana and the staff do an amazing job dealing with all customers in a timely manner. With a smile on their face too. Been going here for years and wont go to another ups store. Thanks guys!!!!
