      image Representative was beyond disrespectful. Was greeted with poor manners and once we began the quest for a new phone , Representative was not helpful at all to have questions answered. Representative didn't make attempts to help out or seek further assistance. Will never go back to this store .

      image Service was terrible employees did not want to help me at all. Employees would not want to help us and made false statements about our promotion. Did not want to look up offers at the moment.The service was based off how the employees felt that day.Will never come back to this store ever again.

      image I currently have insurance on two cell phones and they charged me for two screen glasses, one for each cell phone. I don't think I should have paid for the 2 screen protectors because they are covered by insurance and they charged me $60 for each screen protector.
