Recovhub is where I found the right treatment center for a friend. It was easy to compare the places and pick the right one. She is doing great! I tell a lot of people to use this if they need to find a place to get help. Highly recommend.

Apartment was nice, maintenance was good. Not necessarily worth the price, but at least it was well kept.
However, when moving out, they decided to keep a majority of our security deposit (~$500), even though we clean the apartment and left it how we got it. We were only there for 1 year and kept it in pristine condition, and cleaned as they asked, so were very disappointed that they still kept the deposit. The contract states that they won’t deduct beyond standard ware and tear, yet they still did. So while you may be offered some discounted incentive such as ‘1 month free’, make sure to factor the deduction of security deposit into any rent costs.
My suggestion is if they’re going to deduct for cleaning anyway, might as well let them doing it all and don’t waste your time.
Also in terms of costs, be aware there are lot of hidden costs, ie. Shared cost for Trash and utilities of the building and others.

Needs to be better maintained. But location is good.
