I wish I could give 10 stars -- that is what they truly deserve.  They were the sellers' Realtors when we purchased our house in 2006 and they will definitely be our Realtors when we put the house on the market again.  Over the years, they have been our frequent go-to source for solutions of any kind -- from estate planning, to home improvements and repair, even to attorney suggestions/recommendations -- the list is very long.  They are extremely knowledgeable, full of resources, always ready to help and carry through until all issues are resolved in the best possible way.  I cannot even begin to  express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for all that they have done and do.  They are simply THE BEST!!!!

When we decided that we would soon sell our Highland Park condo, we turned to our most real estate savvy friend for a realtor recommendation. He insisted we partner with the Moreno Group and we are so grateful that he did! Laura, Eileen and George worked with us from the very beginning, when selling our home was still just an idea. Well over a year before we were ready to put our property on the market, they all came to our condo, advised us on updates and referred us to a great contractor. They guided us through the entire process in order to ensure we would get the best possible return on every penny we spent. Between the time we finished our updates and were ready to go to market, they kept in touch to advise us on timing and strategy. When it finally came time to list, they were right there to do final walk-throughs, advise on finishing touches, bring in the staging company and manage the entire process on the ground. We had already moved out of the city the month prior and we slept soundly knowing our home was in their hands. In the end, the Moreno Groups thorough knowledge and expertise, along with the extensive amount of extra care and attention they give to their clients, culminated in us selling our home way faster than expected and for way, way above asking. We couldnt have dreamed how well it would all go and we have the Morenos to thank for it. Laura, George and Eileen are wonderful, caring people and consummate professionals who are incredible to work with and extremely good at what they do. If you are selling real estate on the east side of Los Angeles and you are not partnered with the Moreno Group, then you are not maximizing your propertys potential; its really that simple. We recently sold our Los Feliz home with Eileen, Laura, and George and I could not be more pleased with the outcome! Our home sold at over $600,000 over asking and we accepted an offer in under two weeks on the market! We are elated. The Moreno team really really knows what they are doing. We absolutely loved our house, it was our dream house, but we needed to move for a job, so we had to sell. As soon as we called them Eileen and Laura came by to visit, giving us very specific advice on how to spruce the place up for the market. Laura was so helpful with picking out the perfect accents for staging and showing the place--from advice on paint colors to selecting fresh flowers for the open house. They even went out and bought plants themselves and brought them to the house for us. This was a level of service that we did not expect but were very pleased with. Based on their amazing track record in the area, we completely trusted them and did everything they suggested. They know exactly what they are doing! After holding a broker's open house and a public open house we had several offers in hand. In addition to knowing how to make a house look great for the market, the Morenos are also expert negotiators--which is a critical part of selling a home. They were able to negotiate with all of our potential buyers to get us the best package possible. They are also excellent communicators, calling and texting with updates as needed, but not calling too much either. We were elated to sell our house quickly and way over the asking price, all thanks to the expertise of Eileen, Laura, and George. This team has the magic touch, I highly recommend them to anyone selling in the area or anywhere in Los Angeles!

Laura is a miracle worker - she helped us win a bidding war for our dream home at a great price in the midst of this crazy market! I firmly believe that Laura is the best agent in her market and getting to work with her was a joy. She works with her family (George and Eileen Moreno) and between all of them they have decades of experience selling or buying most of the house worth having in the Los Feliz/Silverlake/Canyon/Handcock neighborhoods. Because if this she knows all of the agents in the area well, which she leveraged to get us inside information to submit the most competitive bids we were comfortable submitting. Our home search took almost a year since we were so specific on the type of home we wanted and the location. Laura was amazing and patient every step of the way! She found us off market listings and came with us on every tour (50+ tours). She told us to walk away from many places that she thought were either not for us, we'd never get our money out of because they were so overvalued, or because they needed serious fixes. She was right every time. Most agents just want commission so it's rare to find someone who will invest their time with you to find exactly the right home for you. The seller's agents told us that the only reason we got the house was because Laura was such a amazing agent and negotiator. She helped us win in the bidding war and had a whole roster of excellent inspectors and specialist that she was able to schedule within our short inspection window. When costly repairs were uncovered by those inspections (she attended all of them), she was able to negotiate a substantial sellers credit for us to pay for the fixes despite them having a solid back-up offer. When we closed on the house she welcomed us to our new home with balloons and champagne. We couldn't be more grateful to Laura for helping us buy our dream home!! She is also an excellent sellers agent and we will work with her whenever we decide to sell ours.
