I could not be more pleased and impressed by the service that this team provided. With very little advance notice, I was faced with vacancy of our rental property at the same time that major family issues required my complete attention. I have handled renting our property over the years and I was overwhelmed by everything I knew would be involved in getting a new tenant and the prospect of no rental income for at least a month if not two. I was referred to Real Legacy Estate Partners (Compass) by a trusted professional and Judi, Laci, and Casey immediately jumped in and within a day had listed the house and were showing it to prospective tenants by the weekend. Casey's excellent instincts identified wonderful tenants who were ready to lease immediately. Casey handled the credit check and lease preparation as well as getting estimates for a few items that needed repairing before move-in. The whole process was completed in less than two weeks with almost no effort from me. I recommend this team without reservation. They saved me!
