I have spent six weeks trying to get an estimate. Six weeks. I've been referred to five different departments. They all have the same response: "This department doesn't do that." I've left voice mails that are not returned. I've left messages for supervisors that are supposed to call back to "help figure it out." The last person I spoke with suggested that perhaps I need to book the appointment first, then figure out the cost later. Unbelievable.

My experience has been so very poor it's almost indescribable. I had a surgeon tell me breast cancer is inoperable, and that was it. No other explaining.
