After waiting for my order for an hour and fifteen minutes they cancelled my order without so much as an apology, refused to answer the phone for only 3 items - one roll and two orders of nigiri. What an awful place. At 9:45pm I learned that I will not be receiving my order after waiting for it for over an hour. They took it upon themselves to cancel my order 0 customer service 0 hospitality 0 remorse. Dont order from this dump!

Used to be my favorite. But the food is less good now. And the service is terrible. Extremely slow and they mess up/forget orders.

One of the really good Japanese food place I've found a long time ago. Service here is really nice- even when it's busy. The ambiance of this place differs by the time of day- usually louder towards night time.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Robata JINYA and I must say, it was quite an experience. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by the modern yet cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. However, it was a bit noisy on a Friday night, maybe because most tables were filled already.The standout dishes: Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye Skewer - it was simply unforgettable! The meat was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful.The Thick Cut Beef Tongue Skewer - which was tender & delicious. The Octopus skewer - I was pleasantly surprised by how chewy & tasty it was.The Seared A5 Wagyu Sushi - another highlight of the meal. It practically melted in my mouth and was expertly prepared. The Bluefin Toro - incredibly fatty.Wagyu Tartare Tacos - it was ok, nothing special.The staffs were very attentive & knowledgeable about the menu, which was helpful in deciding what to order. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. However, finding street parking can be a bit of a challenge in the area,  so I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time.
