A guy who works here is a Charlatan. About two months ago, I came to this location with my proof of unemployment income. He entered my info and said, you have to pay somewhere around 300 a month for health insurance. I went home and did it online by myself and I qualified for medical. How are these people given authority over our lives and health?

If I could give a 10 for Jessica Garcia O would. Her customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and caring are exemplary! I initially spoke to Jessica in November to sign up with covered California. I was with Oscar insurance who is no longer servicing California. Jessica called me as Providence contacted covered California to let them know their patients needed a new health plan. I was so pleased with Jessica. She takes her time and goes over all co-pays and monthly premiums. She lets you know what plan is best for you based on needed specialists, prescriptions, or upcoming health needs.
She is the best!
