I've had a very negative experience working with this company. Over 6 months ago (Nov. 2021) I purchased two tradeshow banners (costing close to $700). The hardware for the banners that AAA Flag & Banner mailed to us arrived unassembled and non-functional. The piece used to pull the banner up was never attached to the banner itself during the manufacturing process. There was no damage to the case or stands when they arrived. We shared photos of the banners with AAA right away and mailed them back to their warehouse. It's now 6 months later and AAA has our money and has not returned or fixed our banners. They claim that the banners we returned were damaged in transit and they continue to ignore the fact that they initially sent us banners that never completed assembly in the first place. It is disappointing that after being a customer for numerous years and paying them upwards of $20,000, they have no interest in helping us resolve this simple issue in a timely manner. To be clear, this issue is not about the money. As a business, we can afford to replace the banners and move on. But what is more important for us, is establishing a long term working relationship with a reputable company that embodies excellent customer service. For any business interested in working with a banner / trade show manufacturer on a long term basis, I recommend avoiding this provider.
