Update 2 narcotic dealers arrested at the encampment here in front of store lapd detectives inform me. The encampment here has gotten bigger since a couple of weeks ago. The store does have good security.
3/5/24: Encampment was cleared but they were returning today after cleanup crews left. This is in council district 13 and they arranged for the cleanup. Unfortunately city officials like our councilman don't really have any plans in place to resolve this continuing concern. I presume it will soon return to how it looks in current photo.

I've not shopped at Harbor Freight but its unfortunate that our council district allows our sidewalks in Hollywood to be filled with encampments. Proceed with caution.

They have a surveillance tower in the parking lot that blares classical music all night long (presumably to try and clear away the people in tents?). I live across the street and I hear it in my apartment. I wake up in the middle of the night to opera music. It sucks, it's slowly driving me insane. Don't know how this is allowed. Meanwhile the people in tents haven't budged lol.
