Update 2024: I have updated to three stars, bc while this company will not help you in any meaningful way with your mattress, having a wool mattress is still the best decision I have ever made and this is one of the cheapest places to get one. After a lot of flipping and rotating and time and putting the mattress on a new platform with no sides (it had spread as it compressed and was not fitting in the standard frame properly) - the mattress is now comfortable again and we are happy with it. That said, it definitely has body impressions, as the website does say to expect 1.5 inch impressions. We got the Comfort Rest Firm. It was not stuffed as fully and taut in its casing as my first mattress, and I still dont know why. We are buying another wool mattress and I am considering my options.
From 2022:
I have had a terrible time getting any help from this company. The first mattress I got from here was great, a full size with only me sleeping on it. But then I purchased a Queen size mattress in 2019 for two of us that immediately got a sunken center, despite turning and flipping the mattress as instructed. It is now 2022/23 and the mattress is basically unusable after three years when these mattresses are supposed to be great for like 10. They are offering me no real offer of a replacement, just 10% of a brand new 1k mattress! This is not acceptable. Thank you. Update: In response to the shop, I used a proper slatted platform bed with both and rotated and flipped the mattress as instructed. I contacted customer service after the first year. I bought it in Sept of 2019, so it is 3 years and 3 months. Still no help.

Horrific experience.
First they recommended latex wool cotton combo mattress. It smelled so horrific when it arrived after 1 day of ventilated I still woke up with horrible headache and hives on my back. They agreed to exchange to just cotton one.
It has being 4 months and their organic cotton mattress smells like barn yard and it doesnt go aware away no matter how much I ventilate it.
I wake up with a headache from neuro toxicity of their cotton my whole body says this is toxic.
I alternate and sleep on a spring mattress I feel great but the thing is without springs mattress is better for my back but their product Is awful.
It wasnt like this 5 years ago when I bought my first mattress there. Something is drastically changed and they are not disclosing it.

We were in the area have been to the Costa Mesa showroom and decided see what the Los Angeles showroom had on display. We initially wanted a Japanese bed for more support but once we tried their coconut coir mattresses we were hooked. They quoted us a price that was reasonable and which we eventually took a few days to decide which one we wanted. Tyjuan our sales rep talked with us that day to order some pillows and was very helpful. The ambiance is very relaxed and we didnt feel pressured to hurry as we were trying to make up our mind on if the bed was what we wanted. Tyjuan explained how the shipping/ordering process worked and helped us know the time frame we would possibly have a mattress by. We definitely recommend going in person to try out their options in person and get valuable input on natural beds/furniture.
I ended up calling many times with place/add to my order and Edith who helped me is knowledgeable and helped resolve my issues. Our mattress is ordered and were excited to have it soon!
