Having some horror stories about shady lawyers, I went into this very skeptical of everyone. Giovanni answered all of my questions and helped me feel really comfortable working with him and his awesome team. They never overpromised and I was kept informed along the way. Once the process started I completed all of my homework very thoroughly (this is important), everything went very quickly and smoothly. From start to finish the entire process took less time promised and under the total expected cost. Special thanks to you Norma! You are a superstar and you made this awful experience much easy to navigate!

I had to file because of owning 2 businesses I wasn't so well prepared for. When I had the first meeting with Mr. Orantes, he said something that stuck with me: "Part of the American Dream is having your own business, and that's what bankruptcy is for." Words to that effect, perhaps not verbatim. He, Norma, Robert Chen, and the rest of the staff always stayed in contact, always returned emails and phone calls promptly, had the patience to explain and reiterate things to me, expedited everything very efficiently and expediently. Overall an outstanding job.
