Most horrible bottle delivery service I’ve ever dealt with and they will screw you over!!!! A better water service is Nestle: Ready refresh. They are 20x better!!!!

We found out recently that this company has overcharged us for 8 years for equipment we have never had. No one has helped us resolve this. I'm going to file a report with the state attorney general unless someone contacts me today to take care of this.

My initial experience with Sparkletts was great because my delivery man (Joe Perez) was the BEST! He cares about his customers and observes what we want, don't want, and knew my needs. Know I have moved and I haveTHE WORST SERVICE EVER! Now that I have to deal with their customer service department they are lousy too! There is a disconnect between the customer service department and the routing department. They leave numerous bottles of water and you didn't even ask for it. When you ask them to pick it up customer service tells you one day but they never come when they say. I could go on and on. We, the customers pay a pretty penny for this service but we are treated like 2nd class citizens! I'm fed up!🤨😡😡

The previous reviews are right. I have this service over a year and never paid much attention to the billing (I know bad specially with this company) once I saw the extra charges and multiple errors I decide to cancel my account. They did return my money when I pointed out the extra charges but at this point I did not trust this company anymore. When they have to pick up the equipment they give you a window of 4 hours and they never come I called them three times and they finally someone came for the equipment at a time when I was not expecting it by a miracle I was at the house. Stay away from this company there are a bunch of hiding fees and you end up paying a lot plus they overcharge you and you have to be on top of billing if not you just lose your money. Bad company I will never do business with them
