This is the worst IPA (Medical group) around. The Customer Service is Horrible and the referrals and Authorization Department is the worst ever. Patients who have this HMO are doomed and might even die waiting to get any help or services from this group.
My Parent's had this group and they drop the ball all the time. Send them to wrong specialist that don't take the insurance or worst don't treat the medical issue they need to be seen for and trying calling Customer Service Good Luck. The wait time is horrible over an hour to get hung up on after waiting or told they will call you back and no one ever does. The Management at Regal / Lakeside Medical group is incompetent and cares nothing about helping patients. I have made several complaints to the Department of Managed Health Care on this group. DO not sign up with RMG as your IPA/HMO group they are the worst. BAD BAD BAD.

Wrost customer service. when I called they hung up before I say anything. When I try to call back. No one pick up again.

Worst insurance company EVER! There customer service is a joke. I need a medical device, and they sent me to a company who sells adult diapers. Besides this they made my doctor fill out paperwork to get an emergency order filled by a company who doesnt have the product! We are going to small claims.

I always wait at least 40 min to get a hold of someone and then when I do the line disconnects and I receive no call back.

They don't do their job to check eligibility properly. Absolute USELESS and obnoxious employees.
