Big thank you to my nurses, Maya and Lorenzo for being so attentive and helpful. For being my first hospital stay they definitely made me feel so comfortable, safe, and well informed. Dignity Health is very lucky to have you two.

Terrible service I didnt even find out what was wrong with me and they already tried to prescribe drugs to me off an assumption of a food allergy. These people are incompetent (FYI the 3rd leading cause of death is due to doctors/human error) They didnt answer any of my questions or concerns. Wasted 3 hours here dont go to these morons unless you want to end up in a body bag.

The lack of empathy is unreal! Starting from a Lydia nurse station secretary, to Brenda 226282 head nurse on staff that day, has the audacity to disparage me by making the situation worse not better, siding w Lydia who basically ignored me, after asking her for help becz. Vomited, her by saying shell call security ! When I clearly was upset having a Degenerative disc and being unable to move most times. The kind of Passive aggressiveness just for wanting to look like she was the head nurse beating her chest. Well no, not did this create more drama its made things worse for me. My Meds were misheld, I never received my lunch today and I asked for water 3 hrs and never got it until dinner time at 6:5pm. The water was never received and was told my nurse had to bring it to me. I have no updates on any diagnosis other then the ones I brought to them and have had 2 MRIs & lots more, the pain meds wear off after and they all know when I need them, so Im left begging in pain for some nearly every time! I cannot tell you how incredibly disappointing this experience has been. Ive balled four times from the lack of bed side manner and am pretty tired of soft spoke people who really care not soft at all to have control over vulnerable people when theyre sick and our numbered. I am filing with the State board of Medicine and going to get legal help. If you can avoid this place at all costs please do so ! I asked at 6:5pm to speak with head Nurse and its now 6:45pm

This hospital has a good services, staffs especially the station nurses-Jona. Melissa, Lora, Marisol, Supervisor Cardiologist Dr. Wyn, Jin/Asst, of Dr. Wyn at thr Stress Room, Cardip Dept., Sinh, Technician at the Nuclear Medicine for giving me immediate excellent medical services & care, I vouched for the hospital cleanliness, fully equipped with modern equipments & facilities as well as the good food for us patients. Also, I recommend this hospital, a place where you will be satisfied with services & care, The restroom is sanitary & safe with utilities, Im admitted as emergency patient, discharged today-March 30, 2024. This hospital deserved the highest & exemplary citations/awards be given to this institution for medical cares, treatments & accommodations,
