My car was broken with damage to the passenger side of the vehicle such that I couldn't even open the door! Carlos and Shawn was SO freaking helpful! He answered every question I had along the way! I was so nervous. this was the first time I have ever had to use insurance. But they helped me feel safe and taken care of.

I was enthusiastically turned away because they decided, upon meeting me for the first time, that I was only looking for a free estimate and would not be back. I let them know that they came highly recommended by my trusted mechanic of over a decade. They doubled down to let me know that, for me, an estimate is $125 but they’ll verbally tell me or write on a business card what they think. The much-publicized “free estimate” is subjectively given.
