Crash Champions Collision Repair

I took my car in for an estimate on Tuesday. I was told the estimate would be emailed later that day. I never received it. I called on Wednesday and was told on multiple occasions it would be sent. Never received it. Called on Thursday. In order to get me off the phone Arnulfo sent me a document with images that I couldn't even access. Just cruel! Mercury and Crash Champions are passing the buck and I'm stuck in the middle. If I could give them a zero, I would.

Selecting this shop for my vehicle repairs was a Nightmare! The lack of communication is the primary reason for the 1 star. My vehicle was dropped off in the AM on a Wednesday, never heard from them even though they advised they would be I'm contact later that day. I called on Friday morning and to leave a message for the advisor. No one every called me back, called back Monday requested the manager, so someone could provide we with the status of my vehicle, an eta, just basis information they should have conta ex me for! My daughter was allowed to access the unlocked car, that had the keys inside, and was approached until she had well exited the vehicle......that could have been anybody! The manager makes excuses, putting it nicely because I called them lies. I was called and advised my car was ready on Tuesady around 2pm, came to pick it up Wednesday when they opened and had to wait over an hour because they just caught a paint defect, which should have been caught yesterday! The price changed 3x. I experienced a lack of communication, no accountability, and lack empathy and customer service! I'm furious having to deal with this company from another state for a vehicle my college kid drives in California! I picked them based on goggle reviews which were good, I'm leaving this message so the next person will not think they are great! BEWARE! Service: Body & Trim
