CARSTAR Car Masters Collision Lucky Body Shop

I repaired tires and doors here due to a traffic accident. First of all, the shop didn't keep the day they told me the repair was done. The shop even delayed the repair completion date by two weeks, changing the expected repair completion date three times. In addition, as soon as I received the repaired car, the tire pressure and brake system warning light came on in the car and the engine did not start. I inquired about this problem to the shop, but the shop has not responded. So I wonder if my car was properly repaired at this place, and I plan to visit another shop and have it repaired again. 5 MONTH UPDATE: Ive been coming here on what seems like a monthly basis (you know, since Asian females are horrible drivers ). But really though, I keep bringing my car to this particular shop because the guys and Paula go above and beyond to make sure Im a very happy customer, each and every time. Came here after I made a total bonehead maneuver on the freeway...i was dreading taking my car somewhere to get it fixed since car repair places get a bad rap...then I got a referral to this body shop from one of my high school buddies...and I was expecting to pay way more than what Don quoted me...BUT not only did I spend considerably less (and not get ripped off), he ALSO made sure to do an impeccable job...this body shop has earned itself a loyal customer and I definitely plan to refer all my friends here
