Shop is dirty and the shop is small . I was quoted $3,600.00 for my truck then after i got the quote i came back a week later and then i was Quoted $6,800.00 thats $3,200.00 more then i was Quoted the first time. And when i was there there was an Argument with a Customer and i think one of the Owners. This is one of the Reviews i have seen online Made endless promises then when it came to repairing collision damage , he wanted to do all the other work first , paint , fender replacement etc. I had made very specific instructions and date repair was to begin . So at the last second he plays stupid and the rack is already in use . So I would pay thousands to repair a pick-up truck with collision damage that was beyond repair ! Total scam . He wanted to straighten the frame last knowing I planned to fix that first . He said he would call me when he was ready . I never expected the call and months later he never did. If you guys want business. Get someome knows how to do customer service.

I have been coming to Bijan for years has fixed 4 cars of mine and I won't stop sending him clients. They don't just take care of the accident on the vehicle they make sure all the components are working such as brakes, fuel lines, realignment. Hands down best Auto body shop in Downtown Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
