Used Mr. Biggs from the firm. Yep Mr. Biggs- What a pathetic joke. He was a total jerk and unprofessional. Cannot believe that he is a CPA. He did the worst work and considers himself an expert. What a jerk. Overbilled and did terrible work. A moron. Stay clear from this CPA Firm.

They illegally filed taxes in my name without my written consent. I gave written consent to extend my deadline and the â€œtax preparerâ€ illegally filed in my name and did not send me a copy so I can amend it with the IRS. They have ignored my emails for the past week.
DO NOT USE SINGERLEWAK FOR TAX PURPOSES.
This is not their first mistake with me. The first time I used them, they LOST my tax refund. When it was finally returned after over a year, it was found crinkled up.
They do not treat you with respect or kindness. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR TAXES.
